am a licensed mental health counselor and a certified
group psychotherapist. I provide sex therapy,
individual, and group psychotherapy. Our first
appointment is a chance for us to discuss your reasons
for seeking therapy at this time. It’s an opportunity
to see if it would make sense for us to work together as
well as see if my skills are appropriate to meet your
offer both short and long term treatment. An average
length for short-term treatment is 1 to 6 sessions.
Longer treatment may extend from 6 months to 1 year, or
more depending on the degree of change you seek. You and
I will regularly assess your progress and will modify
